What payment methods do you accept?

No cash. We accept Debit, Master Card and Visa.

How can my company apply for a credit application?

To apply for a credit application you must meet the requirement of doing business over $5,000 a month and $60,000 annually. Some restrictions may apply. Please send an email to info@ecowaste.com.

How can I reprint my scale ticket?

To get a scale ticket reprinted please email info@ecowaste.com.

Where can I drop off an item that is on the unacceptable list?

Please check the Ecowaste accepted materials list. For further inquires on recycling products please visit Recycling Council of British Columbia Website https://www.rcbc.ca or the Metro Vancouver Website http://www.metrovancouverrecycles.org/.

Which stat holidays are you closed on?

We are closed on the following: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
