Concrete Recycling
Putting Concrete Back to Work
At Ecowaste, our concrete recycling services aren’t just focused on disposal; they’re focused on transforming old, used materials into sustainable and reliable resources. We accept and recycle concrete, asphalt, bricks, and tiles, processing them into valuable aggregates and other construction products. With the ability to support both large-scale construction projects and smaller, individual efforts, we provide responsible solutions that support a cleaner, greener future.

Accepted Materials
We accept a variety of clean materials for concrete recycling and aggregate production, including:
- Concrete slabs and fragments
- Asphalt from road construction
- Bricks from demolished structures
- Ceramic tiles
All materials must be clean and free of contamination from metals, plastics, and other non-concrete debris to ensure optimal recycling results.

Our Recycling Process
Upon arrival at our facility, concrete and other accepted materials undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they’re suitable for recycling. Upon approval, these materials are then sorted, crushed, screened, and processed into aggregate products of varying sizes and specifications. Our aggregate products are commonly used for:
- Road base and sub-base construction
- Drainage and landscaping projects
- Infrastructure projects throughout Metro Vancouver
By recycling these materials locally, we minimize transportation emissions, reduce landfill use, and conserve natural resources.
Supporting The Circular Economy
Recycling concrete and producing sustainable aggregate products showcases our commitment to the circular economy, ensuring materials remain in use for longer periods. By repurposing discarded concrete, we’re reducing the environmental impact associated with production and disposal, directly aligning with local and provincial sustainability goals. When you partner with Ecowaste, you’re actively contributing to healthier, more sustainable projects and communities.
